1. What we collect

From Candidates: name, contact details, CV content (uploaded file or manually entered), work history, skills, salary expectations, availability, remote preference, and any messages sent through the Platform.

From Companies: company name, contact details, job postings, and payment details (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us directly).

Automatically: account activity, login history, and basic usage data needed to operate and secure the Platform.

2. How we use it

To parse and structure CV data using AI, to score and explain the fit between a Candidate and a Job, to generate the standardized advisory PDF sent to a Company once a match is made, to enable messaging between a matched, paying Company and a Candidate, and to process payments for unlocking full Candidate details.

3. Who we share it with

Before a Company pays to unlock a match, they see only non-identifying information: match score, our AI's fit explanation, general seniority level, general skill area, and general location. Your name, contact details, full CV and ability to be messaged are withheld until that Company pays.

After a Company pays to unlock a specific match, they receive your full profile, your full standardized CV PDF (including our AI's advisory notes on you for that role), and can message you directly. We never sell or share your data with any Company that has not paid to unlock that specific match, and we never share it for any purpose unrelated to that job match.

We also share limited data with service providers who help us run the Platform: our AI processing provider (to parse CVs and generate matches), our email provider (to send the advisory PDF), and our payment processor (to handle unlock payments). These providers are only permitted to use your data to provide their service to us.

4. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and equivalent regulations, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw your consent at any time, and object to certain uses of it. Deleting your account removes your CV and profile from active matching, though we may retain minimal records where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand how the Platform is used and to improve it. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

7. International processing

Some of our service providers (including AI processing) may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we require providers to apply protections consistent with this Policy.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to users before they take effect.
